All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days within the United States.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors such as weather or holidays.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Varex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this time, orders are already being processed and cannot be changed.
