At Varex, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of the issue (photo or video)

Proof Requirement
All return or refund requests must include clear photo or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or issue with the product.
Requests without valid proof may be rejected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof.
Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are already being processed.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
